About You:
• You're passionate about efficiently solving problems, and keeping complex systems running smoothly
• You're versatile and able to wear many hats spanning system administration and desktop support
• You're reliable and approach your responsibilities with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• You enjoy interacting with people as well as machines

Responsibilities:
• Administration of corporate desktop/laptop systems spanning Linux, Mac, and Windows
• Administration of printer, WiFi access point, VPN, TV/videochat, and other onsite technologies
• Ensure security/robustness of corporate systems (backup, encryption, etc)
• Configure, test, validate new hardware, and provide user support • Perform other IT duties as needed, including visiting production data-centers

Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in desktop support or system administration
• Deep familiarity with multiple operating systems and relevant hardware
• Experience with wireless LAN, VPN, and other relevant networking technologies
• Ability to learn new things quickly, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven track record troubleshooting critical issues and providing excellent user support

Nice to haves:
• Strong scripting skills, and experience implementing/maintaining robust automation
• Proficiency with javascript and web development
• Familiarity with mobile (iOS, Android)
• Experience managing backups and network attached storage
• Experience working with and supporting software engineering teams
