The Implementation Project Manager will have responsibility for supporting large-scale deployments and enhancements for US Clients.  This will include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects.

What are the job duties?

  • Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to US customers. Manages the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client.
  • Responsible for the overall planning, organizing, directing, controlling and delivery of all projects in alignment with the client's expectations and business needs.
  • Manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.
  • Directs the activities of the project team and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects.
  • Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources through various phases of projects.
  • Ensures project management tools and metrics are used appropriately to enhance delivery and information communication to the customer and the business unit.
  • Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.  Responsible for ensuring all contractual obligations have been met prior to conclusion of a project.
  • Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. 
  • Prepares and conducts formal presentations to internal and external audiences of varying sizes.
  • Provides recommendations to Management on areas for departmental or implementation process improvements.
  • Confers with project personnel to obtain technical advice and to resolve problems.

What you need to be successful:

  • 4 plus years of experience in Project Management or similar experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) preferred with the field of study in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
  • Working knowledge of .Net framework and Windows operating systems.
  • Proficient understanding of technical terminology, network architecture, and business application systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of industry developments, trends and experiences related to OCR/workflow process automation.
  • Knowledge of the methodology and associated phases, activities and deliverables for the design of new products and the enhancement of existing products; ability to apply the methodology in diverse scenarios.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Due to contractual obligations candidates must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered for employment.
