We are looking for a strong individual contributor that can successfully manage the compliance process for the US entity while being the liaison for other compliance analysts on a Global scale. 

What we need you to do:

  • Develop, coordinate and oversee internal and external compliance review processes
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and federal, state and local government regulations.
  • Develop, maintain and communicate privacy and security policies and best practices including compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Implement a record of processing activities relating to personal data, including data transfers of employee and customer data.
  • Develop and maintain data privacy breach response plan.
  • Develop, coordinate and oversee internal change control processes.
  • Develop and maintain compliance annuals along with communicating new regulations and legislation to the business units.
  • Identify and address existing deficiencies within the business units and provide assistance to correct and implement controls and changes to policies and procedures.
  • Perform research and analysis concerning potential legal compliance issues.
  • Prioritize compliance improvement requirements based on severity levels.
  • Ensure vendors are in compliance with Company and client standards.
  • Assist with the preparation and completion of regulatory and audit documents
  • Participate in audits, both internal and external, as required.
  • Prepare status reports and manage updates on status remediation.
  • Assist in developing compliance training materials, administer required compliance training, and track participation.

 
What you need to be successful:

  • 5+ Years information security compliance experience
  • In Depth knowledge of HIPAA and PCI Regulations, general understanding of GDPR, a plus
  • General understanding of government laws, industry standards and best practices surrounding securing electronic data in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Working knowledge of IT auditing and compliance practices
  • CISA, CISSP, or CISM, CIPP Certification, a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Due to contractual requirements, must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
