This job opening is for our BioPharm suite of products which caters to the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries for market intelligence and business development purposes.

Job Description:

Infinata has an opening for a full-time Customer Relations Manager (CRM) who has an interest in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries. This person be working directly with our CRM team while establishing strong trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and maintain customer satisfaction. Requirements start first and foremost with excellent oral and written communication skills.  Hands on working knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is also required.  The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.  Our ideal candidate enjoys spending days connecting with others, learning about our customers and looks forward to customer facing interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Assist customers in daily operations and provide strategic support to ensure renewals
  • Manage subscribers to ensure they are leveraging our products effectively and are kept up-to-date on new features and enhancements
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, product adoption, and retention
  • Help with customer queries and ad hoc requests and assignments
  • Maintain and update internal databases
  • Learn the BioPharm suite of products

 

Job qualifications:
