Description

As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for online and traditional marketing campaign management, including planning, execution, optimization, growth, and budget management.

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and implement best-in-class customer acquisition techniques
  • Manage campaigns to effectively reach company growth and acquisition cost goals
  • Develop, implement, and manage short- and long-term marketing plans within budget and ROI targets
  • Continually evaluate and improve effectiveness of campaigns and partnerships
  • Design and implement programs to acquire high value customers
  • Manage tracking reporting and analysis of marketing programs and provide management reports and insights as needed
  • Constantly evaluate campaigns and partnerships to achieve the most favorable terms and results
  • Influence conversion through messaging and promotions using segmentation and personalization tactics
  • Maintain consistent branding across all online marketing
  • Manage cross-functional teams and processes

Qualifications: 

  • 5 to 7 years of marketing experience, including online campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data
  • Ability to think strategically while managing details
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point; a functional understanding of Web technology
