- Manage campaigns to effectively reach company growth and acquisition cost goals
- Develop, implement, and manage short- and long-term marketing plans within budget and ROI targets
- Continually evaluate and improve effectiveness of campaigns and partnerships
- Design and implement programs to acquire high value customers
- Manage tracking reporting and analysis of marketing programs and provide management reports and insights as needed
- Constantly evaluate campaigns and partnerships to achieve the most favorable terms and results
- Influence conversion through messaging and promotions using segmentation and personalization tactics
- Maintain consistent branding across all online marketing
- Manage cross-functional teams and processes
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of marketing experience, including online campaign management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data
- Ability to think strategically while managing details
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point; a functional understanding of Web technology
