Your day-to-day

• You’ll gain real-world experience in a professional services business, using different technologies, helping us to build great tech solutions for us and our clients
• You’ll work alongside our ANDis to deliver innovative digital products, whilst learning from a passionate group of technologists who really do live and breathe everything digital
• You’ll learn all about agile methodologies, and work in the most efficient and effective way
• You’ll have the chance to collaborate in a supportive team environment
• You’ll be given real responsibility from the moment you finish your ANDuction
• You will be expected to work on client sites alongside ANDis and client team members and you'll have time to work on internal initiatives as well as deploying your skills

About you

• Studying a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related subjects
• Going into your penultimate year of study (graduating in 2020)
• A passion for all things digital, software AND web applications (showcasing your own developments outside of your studies is a huge plus)
• Able to commit to a full-time 12 month placement, starting from September 2018 until summer 2019
• Possess a desire to help solve problems for clients
• Demonstrated a positive, can-do approach to tough challenges
• Good communication skills, with an ability to build professional relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to work well in a professional (client facing) team environment
• Someone who works hard and is not afraid of an exciting new challenge
• Punctuality is key, our clients expect us to be on time and to meet deadlines
