The Customer Verification Summer Intern Role

As a summer intern within the Customer Verification team in the R&D Organization, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in exploratory testing of Qlik's software solutions for Data Integration and Data Analytics. You will work alongside a talented team of senior testers with excellent product knowledge who can guide you and help you learn about our products.

To thrive in this role, we seek individuals with a quality mindset who are eager to learn new things and take on technical challenges in the data domain. You should enjoy collaborating with others and be comfortable working in a remote environment. You should also have a desire to understand the customer's perspective and seek information about how customers use our products. With guidance from experienced team members, you will develop product knowledge and contribute to improving the quality and customer experience of our solutions.

What makes this role interesting?

• Gain knowledge of Qlik's Data Integration and Data Analytics cloud solutions.
• Participate in testing customer scenarios and reporting issues based on input from the field.
• Assist with exploratory testing of new features developed by R&D teams, focusing on the full system and customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members in the Customer Verification team, R&D development teams, and customer-facing teams to ensure high quality of Qlik's cloud solutions.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong interest in exploratory testing of software products
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Willingness to work in an international environment, across cultures and time zones
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Lund, Sweden
