The Named Account Manager, Enterprise Direct Sales  BFSI Role

 

Join Qlik as a Named Account Manager in Bangalore, where you'll spearhead the sales of our cutting-edge data integration solutions, focusing on the BFSI market segment primarily in the South region, including key accounts in Sri Lanka.

 

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll drive growth, cultivate relationships, and guide clients on their data adoption journey.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute territory plans, co-selling with partners to drive higher value transactions, while managing major BFSI accounts and nurturing sustainable pipeline growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify and acquire new customers, upsell to existing accounts, and foster revenue streams through collaboration with Qlik partners and Alliances team, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Technical Expertise: Prepare and execute "Proof of Concepts" and prototyping workshops, leveraging internal and external pre-sales resources to demonstrate the efficacy of our solutions.
  • Market Expansion: Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars, representing Qlik and enhancing brand visibility, while facilitating contract negotiations to drive business growth.

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • 10+ years of complex solution-selling experience in enterprise data warehousing or data integration products.
  • Preferably, experience in selling for BFSI accounts, and managing multiple sales cycles.
  • Ability to qualify prospects, generate opportunities through networking, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
  • Outgoing, organized, and focused individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive in anticipating market changes, adept at communicating complex ideas clearly, and quick to adapt to new situations.

 

The location for this role is:

 

Bangalore, India (Travel required across South region and other parts of the country as required. The role will also focus on some Sri Lanka top accounts).
