The Consultant, Data Analytics Role

Join Qlik's Consulting Services team to help our customers optimize their data management processes, drive business value, and achieve a better return on investment. As part of our dynamic and collaborative environment, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of the company.

• Collaborate with team members and clients: Work closely with internal teams and customers to gather requirements, interpret business problems, and develop innovative solutions that drive value.
• Perform database analysis and data modeling: Dive deep into data analysis and modeling to uncover insights, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Develop and customize Qlik applications: Build and customize Qlik Sense and QlikView applications to empower clients with intuitive and impactful data visualization tools.
• Development and testing of data extract scripts: Play a key role in developing and testing data extract scripts to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in data processing workflows.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams: Provide leadership and support to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and excellence to deliver high-quality BI dashboards and reports.
• Apply problem-solving and analytical skills: Overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement in data management processes through effective problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ensure data accuracy and reliability: Develop and test data extract scripts to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in data processing workflows, enabling seamless data management.
• Foster collaboration and excellence: Provide leadership and support to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and excellence to deliver high-quality BI dashboards and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement: Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement in data management processes, ensuring ongoing success and growth.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• BE/ME in IT, CS or CE or BCA/MCA.
• Fluency in English
• Flexibility of work schedule based on our Global Customers.
• Proven experience of 3-8 years as a BI Developer in Qlik Sense and Qlik View
• Background in Data Warehouse design.
• Experience working with Relational Databases like MS SQL Server and Oracle, etc.
• Must be Good at Data transformation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Basic Knowledge of Qlik APIs.
• Any Qlik certification would be an advantage.
• A strong analytical and logical mindset is much appreciated.
• Basic knowledge of Software Testing/Dashboard Validation.
• Strong initiative and are proactive.
• Proficient user of QlikView and/or Qlik Sense
• Qlik NPrint Experience
• Experience in QlikView to QlikSense Migrations
• Experience in Migrations from other reporting platforms to QlikSense.
• An experienced client facing consultant with advanced knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, SQL programming, data warehouses, ETL, OLAP and BI tools but also a good understanding of business processes and needs.
