This award is given to companies that provide a strong commitment to providing workplace well-being resources, programs, and support for employees. Over the past year, NeoGenomics has worked to support its employees through a time of uncertainty.

NeoGenomics has a well-being program, Wellness@NeoGenomics, focused on improving the lives of employees around four wellness pillars: physical, emotional, social and financial.
