Our Commercial teams keep Canada’s businesses rolling. Whether customer vehicles are crossing prairie fields and logging roads or snowy highways and city streets, we offer the tires and expert service they need, where and when they need them. Team members get to experience hands-on, fast-paced work that emphasizes safety, service excellence, and strong customer relationships.
Seasonal and entry-level roles give team members a chance to learn the work, serve customers, and build technical skills in a real store environment. Many of our store managers, assistant managers, and commercial service leaders started as tire technicians or seasonal team members before moving into full-time roles. Mining Tire Group
Kal Tire’s Mining Tire Group (MTG) is a global leader in mining tire management, providing end-to-end services and innovative solutions for safe and efficient mining operations in challenging environments. With mining partners at more than 150 mine sites across five continents, Kal Tire’s MTG delivers reliable tire performance in some of the world’s most remote and challenging conditions.
MTG blends field expertise with innovation. Since 2015, our world-class Innovation Centre has developed award-winning mining tire management tools used to protect technicians from risk and improve efficiency and productivity. Several of our exclusive products are in use on mine sites across several continents

Wholesale and Supply
Kal Tire’s Wholesale and Supply division brings together the business areas of remanufacturing, warehousing, transportation, wholesale operations, procurement, product management, and supplier relations under one roof. This team supports the full retail and commercial network at Kal Tire, including mining operations around the world. More than 1 million tires move through the system, and up to 15,000 tires are transported each day. The division also supports more than 150 mining sites across five continents.
Retread technicians remanufacture more than 400,000 tires annually, while warehousing teams operate across five Canadian sites. Kal Tire also owns and operates our own transportation division with more than 60 highway tractors and 400 trailers.
