About Our Product, HERO, & PACE Financing:

PACE financing enables homeowners to borrow money to pay for certain home energy and water improvement products and repay it through their property tax bill. Our brand of PACE is called the HERO program.  Our HERO Program utilizes proprietary software to make it easy, secure, and affordable for homeowners to invest in these upgrades.

 Among other unique features PACE financing offers consumers: 

• finances 100% of the cost of the project
• lowers payments by spreading over lifespan of product installed
• interest may be tax-deductible
• may be able to transfer any remaining balance to new owner when selling, unlike other consumer lending
