T.E.A.M. is a conduit through which employee-driven gestures and activities are conceived, developed, funded and realized. The mission of TEAM could best be stated as one of Charity, Community and Celebration. TEAM fundraises & supports “The Big 3” charities that are near and dear to the A.W. Hastings family – MS Society, Rays of Hope, & The Alzheimer’s Association. Every year an employee nominated 4th charity is included in our fundraising efforts. For 2019 TEAM is supporting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. TEAM’s fundraising efforts come in the form of fun with The Hastings Family Golf Tournament, our annual Corn Hole Tournament, Flip Flop Fridays and more.
