Details: Working Solutions is partnering with a premier sports, outdoor and lifestyle retailer with a broad assortment of quality hunting, fishing, and camping equipment and gear along with sports and leisure products, footwear, apparel and much more. Our client's philosophy is to deliver an unparalleled shopping experience by providing convenience, offering a broad selection of quality products, delivering exceptional customer service and selling the right stuff at everyday low prices.

Contracted agents will provide their sporting goods expertise to assist callers in placing orders from the client’s catalog or website, as well as assisting customers with any existing order status.  Agents will use a variety of systems and sites to retrieve product information, place orders and clearly document those calls as they occur.  A strong sales background is important for this program and agents must have the ability to recommend complimentary products to the customer (Example:  A customer who is ordering running shoes would be offered socks and other running apparel). 

Agents on this program must successfully pass a background check that consists of a social security number verification and a criminal history check.
The client’s current operating hours are 7:00am–midnight Central Time, 7 days per week. Agents need to consistently select and commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week during those hours to remain proficient and retain an active status on this contract.


Sporting/Outdoor Expertise. Agents must be sporting or outdoor enthusiasts in order to guide customers through the order and add-on sale process. Academy customers expect to speak to an expert on each call.

Excellent Customer Service. Agents need strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills to assist callers with orders, tracking and product information.

Sales Skills. Agents must be comfortable offering additional sporting and outdoor products as compliments to the items being ordered on each call.

Multi-tasking. Agents must be able to operate multiple systems simultaneously, while maintaining constant communication with customers.
