From Recent College Grad to a Career at NeoGenomics: Brad’s Story
Recent college graduates, eager to join the workforce, often accept their first job out of college simply for the experience and typically end up leaving after a couple of years for something better.

“Shortly after graduating, I was looking for opportunities for careers and I came across Neo, specifically the cytogenetic training program. The class sets you up so that you can be a cytogenetic technologist.”
Brad took advantage of this program and saw a quick and direct impact on his career.
“After about 2-2.5 years of being here, I was able to be the lead in the FISH wet lab. I was a lead for about 1-1.5 years before I got bumped up to supervisor. A lot of that is mostly because of the growth at Neo. The culture here makes it a place not to just come in and work, but to be involved with the company. The experience here at NeoGenomics has been outstanding.”
