Our employees make the difference at Neo, which is why we are especially proud to have received four Brandon Hall Group Awards, including one gold award, for programs and initiatives that directly impact our employees. The Brandon Hall Group currently operates the longest and largest running awards program in Human Capital Management. The awards are presented to companies that go above and beyond for employees and strive to provide recognition and support for their stakeholders.

#LifeAtNeo: Using Social Media to Leverage Employer Branding at NeoGenomics - Gold



As employees at NeoGenomics, it’s easy to see what working at Neo is truly like and how much the company lives by its values. The #LifeAtNeo social media campaign focused on showcasing the NeoGenomics’ brand, mission, values, and purpose through compelling visuals and story-telling. This campaign launched in the beginning of 2020, but there was a shift in March of 2020 to also include content for supporting followers, providing tools for community well-being, and providing a source of strength and resilience for employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Using Career Site to Showcase Employer Brand – Silver

Recruiting the best talent to join the NeoGenomics team would not be possible without a solid career website. Last year we redesigned the NeoGenomics’ career website to improve the usability and functionality while also allowing the company to more effectively tell its employer-branding story. This redesign helped to showcase the NeoGenomics brand and accurately highlight what it is like working for this company. The end result is an enriching website that acts as a communication tool and employer brand showcase that resulted in an increase in monthly sessions, page views, pages per session, and other key engagement analytics.

Essential: NeoGenomics’ Response to the Global Pandemic – Silver

To say this past year has been difficult is an understatement. As an essential business, we shifted our focus to finding ways we can continue our mission of saving lives by improving patient care while also providing a safe environment for our employees. Our communication about COVID remained open and transparent to all employees. We understood that it was a difficult time in the lives of our employees, which is why we assured our employees there would be no COVID-related layoffs. This relief of job security paired with our leaders’ and employees’ enthusiasm led to 75% of the workforce rating NeoGenomics’ response to the pandemic between an 8-10, out of 10.


Best Benefits, Wellness and Well-Being Program

A Year of Resilience – Silver

The health and well-being of all our employees here at NeoGenomics is important. Over this past year, the Wellness team has built out a robust employee Wellness program focused on improving the lives of our employees. This program includes monthly communications featuring topics related to COVID-19, mental health, physical health, and more. The Wellness program also features webinars, learning materials, wellness contests, and virtual activities. On top of all this content, NeoGenomics implemented a no-cost COVID-19 testing program to bring peace of mind to our employees at work.
